Return and Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final All purchases made at Moy Studio are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item received has a manufacturing or factory defect.
Defective Items If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@moy-studio.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Your message should include:
- A clear description of the defect
- Photos showing the issue
Each case will be reviewed individually. If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We are unable to process returns or refunds for the following:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
- Minor variations in color due to screen display differences
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
